Our Conquerors programme is the culmination of the journey, taking children's movement skills to new heights. Building on the complex motion stimuli mastered in the Pioneers stage, this programme introduces advanced movement patterns and exercises. It maintains an atmosphere of inclusivity and fun, while challenging children to push their boundaries. These coaching sessions aim to foster a high level of proficiency, enhance self-confidence, and stimulate inventive thinking in their movements as they conquer this final stage of their journey.

    Aims

    The aim of the Conquerors stage is for participants to master an expansive range of movements and activities, continually enhancing their movement techniques while accentuating advanced exercises whilst gradually increasing the loads being lifted safely..

    Each session is meticulously organized with the goal of each child progressing towards increasingly sophisticated movements, guaranteeing consistent development as the group advances from one week to another.

    Learning Objectives

    The learning objectives for the Conquerors stage involve mastering an extensive array of locomotion tasks, inclusive of seamless movement and rapid direction changes. Moreover, children are anticipated to perform advanced strength exercises proficiently, such as complex squat variations and sustained postures.

    In this stage, children will also display exceptional balance abilities, demonstrating the capacity to hold intricate positions for prolonged durations.

    In the Conquerors phase, our learning objectives are are also centred around equipping children with the skills and knowledge to navigate the gym environment independently and confidently. Participants will learn to safely conduct gym sessions, understanding how to use equipment correctly and respect gym etiquette. They will also become competent in designing and structuring their own training programmes, tailoring their workouts to their personal fitness goals. Additionally, they will gain a comprehensive understanding of gym terminology, fostering clear communication in the fitness community and enhancing their overall gym experience.

    Progressions

    Children progress to the Conquerors stage when they've attained the requisite age and skill level, exhibiting proficiency in a broad array of movements under the coach's guidance. This advancement is crucial, marking their readiness to tackle the challenges of this final stage and beyond.

    In this ultimate stage, children will develop the competence to train independently or with peers in a gym setting, ensuring safety and fostering a lifelong enjoyment of exercise. The transition to the Conquerors stage signifies not just the conclusion of this programme, but the commencement of a self-driven fitness journey.
